We are looking for a candidate for the position of "Customer Service Expert" who will be able to communicate with our customers and provide all the necessary information.
Job responsibilities
- Communication with clients from Lithuania, Spain, Ukraine, France and other European countries, as well as Latin America;
- Resolving issues and answering customer questions;
- Managing a customer base and creating reports on working with them.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English, Ukrainian, or any other foreign language;
- Communication skills and problem solving skills;
- Experience in crm and erp systems, working with documents and tables in Google Workspace;
- Desire to learn and develop within the company.
