We are looking for a candidate for the position of Risk Manager who will be able to implement the company's strategy and add his knowledge and expertise to the department, which is fundamental and one of the most important in the entire structure of the company.
Job responsibilities
- Analysis of logs, detection of non-standard patterns and discrepancies;
- Identification of the client’s person;
- Communication with support regarding payment difficulties and customer questions, passing verifications;
- Monitoring of static indicators.
Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce or antifraud will be a plus;
- Responsibility;
- Ability to work with Google Workspace at a basic level;
- Flexible thinking, attentiveness;
- Experience working with large volumes of information;
- Ability to analyze received data and set priorities.
